La'Rosa Label 14 Day Returns Policy

Full refund on items returned. Sale items and swimwear are Non Refundable due to hygiene reasons.

Please take care when trying your items on as we will only accept items that :

- Are unused and unworn

- In the same perfect condition you received

- Must have all tags attached & in original packaging

- No makeup, fake tan, deodorant marks or any stains

- No odours, heavily fragranced and no washing smell

(If we believe any of your items have been returned washed, worn, stained etc it will be refused instantly. All returns are heavily checked)

We are within rights to refuse any returns, if your return is refused for any reason, you will be responsible to pay for your return to be sent back to you as we will not cover this.
